Payment: PayPal is not the only payment option. When you view your cart you will see the credit card options These are all through Square.
Shipping: Shipping prices are listed for the US and only for the 3 smallest sets for out of the US buyers.
For US buyers: You will hit the flat rate shipping charge if you purchase any of the elite sets or more that one set. You can purchase up to 3 elite sets for the flat rate of $18. For two sets of the Elite or Dungeon Delver, you will hit the flat rate of $13.75. If you are in Wisconsin or Northern Illinois, I may be able to arrange delivery to avoid the shipping costs.
For Buyers Outside the US: If you want me to ship outside the US, it will run between $21US to $30US for a single set. The problem is that there is no tracking or insurance unless you are willing to pay $60 for shipping. FedEX/UPS and DHL are outrageous unless you buy 10 or more set
